• You may modify the source code to fit your or your clients' needs.
• You may NOT resell, redistribute, upload to other marketplaces, or share the original files publicly.

3. Online Courses (LMS)

When you enroll in any of our online courses, you get access to exclusive educational content and resources.

• Your course access is tied to your personal account. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
• Downloading, screen-recording, or redistributing course videos and premium materials is illegal and will result in permanent account termination.
• Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course modules.

4. Affiliate Program Terms

By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to promote our products/courses ethically.

• You will earn a standard commission on every successful sale generated through your unique referral link.
• Self-Referrals are void: You cannot use your own affiliate link to purchase products or courses for yourself.
• Spamming, misleading advertisements, or representing yourself as an official employee of DevlyLab is prohibited.
• Payouts are processed upon reaching the minimum withdrawal limit. We reserve the right to reject payouts if the sales are deemed fraudulent.

5. Refund Policy

Since we deal with immediately accessible digital downloadable goods and digital course content, all sales are final. We generally do not offer refunds once the source code has been downloaded or course content has been accessed. However, if a product is completely broken or does not function as described, you may request support. If our team cannot fix the issue, a refund may be issued strictly at our discretion.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice or refund if you violate these terms, share products/courses illegally, engage in affiliate fraud, or file fake payment disputes (chargebacks).
