1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our services.
2. Services Provided
DevlyLab provides digital services including but not limited to Web Development (Custom PHP/Laravel, WordPress, Shopify), UI/UX Design, Graphics Design, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Digital Marketing, and Virtual Assistant services. The specific scope of work will be outlined in a separate proposal or contract agreed upon by both parties.
3. Payment and Billing
For custom projects, a standard deposit (usually 50%) is required before work commences. The remaining balance will be due upon project completion and before final files are handed over or deployed to the live server. We accept payments via international wire transfer, Payoneer, or other agreed-upon digital gateways.
4. Intellectual Property and Ownership
Upon full payment of all invoices, the client assumes full ownership of the final designs, code, and project files. DevlyLab retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project's commencement.
5. Revisions and Modifications
We offer a predetermined number of revisions as outlined in your specific project proposal. Any major structural or design changes requested after the approval of the initial mockups or outside the original project scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DevlyLab or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services provided by DevlyLab, even if DevlyLab has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international business laws. We aim to resolve any disputes amicably through direct communication.
